Refund policy

RESOLUTE STATE items are made to order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact support@resolutestate.com within 30 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the issue. Do not send an item back unless we request it.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for routine size, color or change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please review the size guide before ordering.

This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
